In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
1. Deleting from inside the app
- Open Budapest Rummy and sign in, if you are not already.
- Open Settings (the gear in the top-right of the lobby).
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and tap Delete everything.
You are signed out straight away, and the account no longer exists.
2. If you cannot open the app
Write to support@budapestrummy.com from the e-mail address you signed in with, asking for your account to be deleted. We use that address only to find the account and confirm the deletion, and we delete the request itself once it is done. Expect it to be handled within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- your sign-in account, including the Google identity linked to it;
- your profile: display name and avatar;
- your coin balance;
- your statistics and your ranked-ladder record;
- everything the app saved on your device, when you delete from inside the app.
4. What is kept, and why
Finished matches are kept as game records, because a match belongs to everyone who played it and deleting one would erase the other players' history too. A kept record holds only the table's scores and placements against an account identifier — once your account is deleted, that identifier is no longer connected to your name, your avatar or your e-mail address, and nothing remains that points back to you.
We keep no backups of deleted accounts.

Fiókod törlése az appból: Settings → Account → Delete account. Azonnal érvénybe lép és nem visszavonható — a fiók, a név, az avatar, az érmék, a statisztika és a ranglista-eredmény is megszűnik. Ha nem tudod megnyitni az appot, írj a support@budapestrummy.com címre arról az e-mail címről, amivel bejelentkeztél. A lezárult meccsek eredménye megmarad, mert az a többi játékos története is — de a fiókod törlése után már semmi nem köti hozzád.
