The short version: Budapest Rummy is an offline game. It does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything the game saves — your settings, in-game name, progress, and virtual coins — stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
1. Data we collect
None. The app has no user accounts, no server, no analytics service, no advertising, and no third-party SDK that transmits data. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or files.
2. Data stored on your device
To make the game work, the app keeps the following only in the app's own private storage on your device:
- your chosen in-game display name and avatar,
- game progress, statistics, ranked-ladder points, and virtual coins,
- sound, music, and other preference settings.
This data never leaves your device. The virtual coins have no real-world value and cannot be purchased or redeemed.
3. Data deletion
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in your device's settings, permanently deletes all data the game has saved. Because nothing is stored anywhere else, there is nothing further to delete and nothing to request from us.
4. Children
The app collects no data from anyone, children included. Opponents in the game are computer-controlled; there is no chat and no contact with other people.
5. Changes to this policy
If a future update adds online features (such as optional accounts or online play), this policy will be updated first, and the app's store listing will reflect the change. The current version of the policy always lives at this address.
